CHICAGO, USA — GWEIKE joined IMTS 2026 at McCormick Place from September 14 to 19, welcoming visitors to Booth 135148 in the East Building, Level 3. GWEIKE’s exhibition video returns to the busy stand: a laser cutting head at work, a press brake on display, and visitors moving between the machines and conversations with the team.

For those who visited, the video is a look back at six days in Chicago. For those who missed the show, it offers a view of the equipment and people behind GWEIKE’s IMTS appearance.

A closer look at the GWEIKE stand

The footage opens with the Chicago show floor before moving beneath the illuminated GWEIKE sign. At the stand, visitors could see large metalworking equipment at close range. One sequence follows a cutting head as it works across a sheet; another brings the camera along the length of a press brake. The video also catches smaller equipment and workpieces that drew people into closer inspection.

GWEIKE’s pre-show materials introduced a broader IMTS lineup covering sheet and tube cutting, bending, and laser welding. On site, the cutting footage and equipment views gave visitors something more immediate than a product image: a chance to watch a process, inspect the machines, and ask the team about the applications they had in mind.

The people behind the exhibition

Much of the video stays with the people at the booth. Visitors gather around the machines, lean in to examine details, and speak with GWEIKE colleagues in small groups. Several scenes show team members using printed information and samples during those exchanges. Together, the moments give the exhibition its human scale: questions asked face to face, with the equipment only a few steps away.

IMTS brought manufacturers and technology suppliers together in Chicago, and GWEIKE’s stand gave visitors an opportunity to see its laser and fabrication solutions in that setting. The Chicago exhibition has ended, but the work started at the booth can continue.
