The equipment adopts a single-side large sheet + cantilever support structure, capable of achieving single or double-sided extreme ear cutting shaping and slitting function, ensuring high efficiency, flexibility, and quality.
Laser cutting uses non-contact cutting, with 4 cutting heads working simultaneously, doubling production efficiency; no consumables, positive and negative side blowing to remove dust through convection.
Constant tension control system, correction system,
and CCD detection system form a closed-loop control,
enabling timely automatic correction of the tape to
ensure precise movement.
